Terms

Draft for owner review. This text must be checked before payments are accepted.

Scope

VELKORDA designs and builds websites according to the selected package and any written proposal. Package contents are described on the Services page.

Prices

Starter NOK 5,990 and Business NOK 9,990. Larger custom projects are quoted individually. VELKORDA is not VAT-registered, so no VAT is added. Domain, hosting and third-party services are separate unless agreed in writing.

Preview

The preview costs NOK 700 and is paid after the order is accepted. It is a working preview of the homepage, normally delivered within 1–5 business days after we receive the necessary information, with one revision round included. The full price is stated before you order. If you buy the website, the NOK 700 is deducted once from the agreed total. You are not obliged to buy; if you don't, the NOK 700 covers work performed, is not refunded, and the preview may not be used.

Right of withdrawal

Consumers may have statutory rights of withdrawal. By asking us to start the preview work within the withdrawal period you accept that you must pay for work already performed. This section must be reviewed by the owner.

Revisions

One revision round is included in the preview and two on the finished website, within the agreed scope. Extra rounds cost NOK 390. Redesigns, new pages and scope changes are quoted separately.

After delivery

Small changes through VELKORDA Updates cost NOK 350 per clearly defined change. We review each request first; you pay only after we confirm the price and you approve it. Larger tasks get an individual quote that must be accepted before payment. Defects caused by our work are corrected free of charge. Problems at external providers are investigated and handled according to responsibility and agreement. We do not promise 100% uptime.

Payment and review

Submitting an order is free and not binding. We review every project before payment. If we approve it, you receive a secure payment link for the NOK 700 preview; if we change scope or price, you approve the change first. If we cannot deliver, you are told politely and not charged. The delivery estimate starts once the project is approved, payment is confirmed and we have the material we need. No monthly maintenance subscription is required.

Corrections and cancellation

Verified contacts can request corrections and cancellation through the customer portal. Corrections are recorded and reviewed; scope, package and price changes need approval and a new agreement. Before payment and work have started, you may withdraw without charge after confirming. After payment or work has started, cancellation is reviewed under the agreed terms and applicable consumer rights. No automatic refund or charge is made.

Delivery

The website is published or handed over after approval and payment of the remaining balance.
