NOK 350 covers one clearly defined small change. New pages, redesigns, larger translations, new features and complex technical work are quoted individually. You are never charged more without approving it first.

How a request works

You send the request.
We review it and confirm the price, or mark it as a free fix.
You approve the price and pay securely.
We make the change and let you know when it's done.

If something goes wrong, we take responsibility.

If an issue is caused by our work, we'll fix it at no additional cost. You should never have to pay to correct a mistake we've made.

Issues at external providers: Investigated and handled according to responsibility and agreement

Updates and hosting are different things

You don't need a monthly subscription for small changes. Your domain, hosting and other necessary third-party services may still have their own running costs. We don't promise 100% uptime.
